At Southside Skatepark Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure your gear is in brand new condition; skateboards must not be gripped or skated, and apparel must have all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit back to the shop.
Ship and Refund
Send your package to our Houston warehouse; once inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
