How much does shipping cost for skateboards and gear?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding oversized items like complete ramps.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
You can return unused and un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free assembly in the order notes. We will professionally grip and build your board so it is ready to ride out of the box.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely a matter of personal preference, but generally, wider decks (8.25"+) are better for transition and bowls, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.25") are preferred for technical street skating. Check our Size Guide for a detailed breakdown.
Can I pick up my online order at the Southside Skatepark location?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to bypass shipping fees. Most orders are ready for pickup at our Southside Skatepark location within 2-4 hours during normal business hours.
